Me and my boyfriend just broke up from a 3 year relationship and I met another guy and I slept with him. I don't know if I should feel like I'm asy or if it was a mistake. Any like advice would be great

Well, being in a 3 year relationship and breaking up leaves a person venerable. Sometimes you do stuff like that. Its up to you either or not to do it again. Good luck

I would not let a single incident change my attitude about myself. Since you did not feel comfortable about it, that should be a warning to you, that you have trampled your own boundaries. It could be easy to slip into a promiscuous lifestyle, if you do not assess your true feelings about this. It is not about what others think of you, but what you think of yourself as the important issue.
