What Is The Legal Age To Own Air Soft Guns In Minnesota?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

There is no age limit requirement to owning an airsoft gun in Minnesota. The MAA or the Minnesota Airsoft Association however does impose a legal age limit of fourteen years for its members. These days airsoft guns are proving dangerous, not because of their lethality as they are considered harmless but because of their appearance. There have been instances where law enforcement personal having shot people, suspecting that the guns they carried were real. Air Rifles that fire lead pellets can be owned only by people who are eighteen and over in Minnesota.

Air soft guns are plastic replicas or look-alikes of guns that fire plastic ball bearings or bb pellets. They are used to play military type games and are considerably cleaner and cheaper than playing with paint ball guns
