First, we start the day with a sod shredding game of frisbee fetch- and then keep away trying to get the thing back... Then a arm wrenching game of tug o war with the leash on the way over to the doggie- doo area... the rest of the afternoon is spent in out in out in out, maybe a little frisbee in the pool.... All until evening- when it's time to once again, tear mom's arm out with tug o war the leash.....

I have 2 cats. One is 17 and one is just over a year.
The older cat, his fitness regimen in the summer is to take a morning stroll around the neighborhood to see who is out, then soak in the sun for the rest of the day. In the winter, his regimen is to sleep all day.
The little one's regimen is to be nosy. To get into everything she can find. She has to tear up paper and my tissues. When she's caused as much trouble as she can for a while, then she can sleep the rest of the day and dream of causing trouble tomorrow
