Definitely sprkles, deep breathing fills our lungs with more fresh air rich in oxygen than our normal breathing. More oxygen makes our brain work more effectively so makes us think calmly. It also produces more energy. That's why we take deep breaths after a long run-to get more energy quickly. Taking deep breaths is one of the basic methods of yoga to refresh our entire system. It is a fact that most of us DONT BREATH PROPERLY. test it your self. Place a hand on your stomach and fell its movements while you breath in and out deeply. You may be doing it right but most of them do not.

Yes, breathing does help considerably. Breathing and relaxing should lower your heart rate.

Yes because not only do you provide the blood stream with more oxygen when the breath is deeper but also you slow the heart rate and your heart can rest then.
