    To maintain the customer's loyalty and to build everlasting relationships you should give the same kind of services to every customer. Your company can only grow if you know the needs of the customers and provide the services accordingly. The company sometimes have to give awards and benefits to the potential customers to increase sale.

      Everyone deserves the same service. I feel sorry for people in the service department when they have to deal with difficult people. However, other customers are watching how they handle that customer. Businesses need to go the extra mile to keep their customers. I shop at a store where they give incentives to their customers who spend so much within a certain space of time. Of course I like that and want to shop there more.

        When your in sells the last thing you want to do is treat someone better than someone else  remember you never really know who some one is just talking to them for a few minutes
