This could be serious. I have seen cats come into the Vets with broken legs,hips and feet. Definitely needs to be X-rayed! Has he been outside where he could possibly been hit? Or in a cat fight? I would keep him in a cage with constant care until you can get him some help. I'd like to know how things turn out, leave a msg. In my shout out box. Hope i was some help!
