First of all you should see how other used comics are priced in your area on in Internet, then you should compare these Prices with the new Comics Prices available at both Internet and Bookshops.
Now, You can decide a price which can be made for sale. You can try at the price on which other used comics are saled or you can sale them at half price or 1/3 price, If comics are very popular and not much old.
