Answer Question

I've moved eleven times in about ten years, and during this time I've dealt with many a dodgy estate agent, I will endeavour to explain what some of them mean, or at least, in my cheeky and irreverent way, poke fun at what they mean by things that they write:

Fully Furnished - We know where IKEA is.
Part Furnished - We do NOT know where IKEA is.
Double Glazing - It's noisy here
    Open Plan - One Room

Easy Access to Transport - On a main road
Available Now: No one wants it
    Electric Heating: Gas Lighting?

En suite Bedroom - no room for a bathroom
Viewing Recommended - only the blind would take this place
    Modern flat - new furniture
Suit a Professional - high rent
Suit a Student - Social Security Cases welcome

Offers the qualities of city living -people will pee against your door at night

Furnished to a high standard - with furniture from the part furnished flats.
