    We Booked A 622sq.ft Flat In Mumbai - A Joint Flat Having Separate Agreement, Registration. At Booking, The Builder Showed A Single Drawing Of 622sqfeet But Made 2 Agreements/registrations In Mine & Husband’s Name. Till March, Billing Was At Rs. 3 Per Sq.feet. Common Charges Are Double. Can We Merge These Flats As A Single One?

    This depends very much of the country legislation. A local architect or the bulder will help you with that.
