The best thing to do is take her to your veterinarian for examination, stabilization if needed, and injectable medications.  Severe allergic reactions to insect bites can cause anaphylactic shock--if you dog is experiencing trouble breathing, has vomited, is weak, and has pale gums this is an emergency!
Less severe reactions that cause facial swelling, itching, and dermal irritation can be treated with Benadryl.  It is still best to have them examined and given injectable Benadryl and steroids.  The follow up at home is with oral Benadryl at a dose of 1 milligram per pound of body weight given by mouth three times a day for 2-3 days.  Do NOT use the cold and sinus variety.  Confirm your calculated dose with your veterinarian.

Any insect bite can cause mild to severe symptoms in dogs. These symptoms can be

      1.      Swelling of face, lips, eyes etc
      2.      Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
      3.      Shortness of breath
      4.      Fever
      5.      Loss of appetite.
      6.      Itching with hives or wheals formation.
      7.      Drop in blood pressure

You can immediately start treatment by giving Benadryl
and take your dog to vet for further support if necessary to avoid future
      complications.
