Firstly, there must be many legal considerations here as you are converting a residence into a business-related centre so firstly contact a lawyer and explain the situation to him. Accordingly, follow his advice. What you can also do is contact and NGO that is, a non-governmental organisation which works for the cause and request them to set up some help. You could even donate the house to an institution working for the same purpose.
