    Upon Moving Into A House For Rent, There Was No Refrigerator, Stove, And A Broken Heater. We Have Been Living Here For Three Months Now And We Still Have No Heat. Do We Have A Case In Court?

    Yes, I would say so. There are county requirements as to what is considered a tenable apartment or house. Usually a heater is an absolute requirement. A refrigerator and a stove are not necessarily required. As you moved in (unless you have it in writing otherwise) knowing it needed to have these things, he may not be expected by the court to provide them. When you leave, I would take them with you, and make sure you keep your receipts/registration paperwork so he can't say they were his. Working plumbing and heat are almost always required by law though.

      I think you could have one but to be on the safe side try to look in the phone book and they could look up an attorney they will sometimes say free quotes and answer your question good luck and stay warm without the heating situation on the other hand your landlord should be taking care of that its there property i smell something shady going on in this picture shame on that person or people.
