    How Do I File And Where Do I File An Abuse Report On A Cps Office As A Whole?

    I had visitation with my grandson for the first time. Cps had taken him 3 day earlier because of my daughter not me. He had a knot on his forehead that had a scab, his diaper had dog hair inside of it. (about20 dog hairs) his little balls were very red. He screamed and cried when i tried to put on his diaper.(he had never done this) when i complained to the caseworker she said nothing and didn't even write it down in her report.

    First, try to find her supervisor. Advise of the case workers name and conduct (or lack there of) inform her you want a follow up as to action being taken (not the least of which a reassignment of your grandson's case). Do not be shy about informing her that if sufficient and timely action is not taken, you do intend to write the state and governor of this reprehensible treatment of a toddler and follow up with a copy of a statement prepared to be sent to the media... papers and news channels! If the papers refuse to run this as a story, put out a "wanted" ad for others experiencing the same kind of treatment from CPS in your area. Then begin a petition for a full investigation into the whole system and send that to your state legislator, the district attorney, the state attorney, and the gavoernor. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to the government agency!
