Can A Landlord Ask Me To Move Out Because He Does Not Want To Repair Plumbing Lines? I Also Do Not Have A Written Agreement With Him Only A Verbal Renter's Lease.

I do not think I should be asked to move because my landlord does not want to pay the money to repair the plumbing lines (that are going uphill) to a septic tank 50ft away from my studio house. He says I am not being evicted just asked to move.

A verbal lease is generally considered to be a month-to-month lease, since you have no proof of anything longer. If it is a month-to-month, he doesn't even have to give you a reason, he only has to give you thirty days notice to move.
