Who Are The Cast Members Of ‘What's Happening’?

What's Happening!! is basically an American sitcom that featured on ABC from August 5, 1976 to April 28, 1979.

Some of the major characters were Roger "Raj" Thomas (Ernest Thomas), who was the show's protagonist. He plays a very intelligent character. Frederick (Freddie) "Rerun" Stubbs (Fred Berry) is another overweight, bumbling, comedic young man, normally seen in a red beret and identical suspenders. Another important character is Dwayne Clemens Nelson (Haywood Nelson), who is basically the youngest one in the group. Mabel Thomas (Mabel King) is Raj's 'large and in charge' mother, Dee Thomas (Danielle Spencer) is Raj's younger sibling and Shirley Wilson (Shirley Hemphill) is a portly waitress at the local restaurant.
