    What Is A Good Method Of Returning To Normal After Entering A Meditational Trance?

    I've discovered after entering meditational induced trance, that although I gain clarity there is also mania.

    Just as you must prepare yourself for entering into meditation, you must develop a ritual for coming out of it. Myself, I find my mind racing with many different thoughts, and not a physical "manic episode" as I believe you are experiencing. So, in my instance, I bring a notebook and pencil with me so that when I finish, I write down my random and speeding thoughts. This allows me time to organize myself and get myself back to normal. For you, if it is a physical mania you are experiencing... Use it. Use the time from leaving your meditation to begin an exercise routine and finish with a warm shower and some tea to help sooth your system... That way you are enveloping full self care... Spiritual and mental through meditation and physical through exercise and cleansing.
