I do hope that you are not considering getting married before you turn at least 21. One of the primary reasons for the divorce rate being above 50% in the US is due to people getting married young and realizing later that with the changes in life, they are no longer content with the person they said they wanted to live the rest of their lives with. I am one of those victims as now that I look back, I know that the decision we made then was not the correct decision and had we stepped back, we both would have realized then that it was wrong but the joys of being young is that you can't see through it all.

Any, sorry to go on as I did and not answer your question. Most states require you to be at least 18 (some are 21) to get a marriage license without the consent of parents or guardians. Also, most states require additional approvals from the court for those 16 and below and all require this from age 13 and below. I might also add that if there is a pregnancy, it is not a valid reason to get married anymore. You should, of course, support the child both physically (money) and mentally.
