    In The State Of Illinois, What Is The Law With Regard To The Responsibility Of A Noncustodial Parent To Continue Paying Child Support Whil A Child Is Enrolled In College But No Longer A Minor?

    Read your divorce decree. It should state whether or not the non-custodial parent must pay for continuing education, such as college, even after the child reaches the age of majority. It should also address support payments due while said child attends college full time & still resides at the home of the custodial parent. If this, in fact, is the case. If it does not address these issues you may need to attend family court once again.
