What Could Be Done That Would Help The Physician Get Paid A Fair Rate For His Services?

Dear! I have a thinking that the government of the state should take some steps for the fair rate for the services but it is for the doctors who are working in the public hospitals but the private hospitals should give fair rate after comparing it with the outside environment and they should implement it as if they want to keep the doctors with them. The upper management should go ahead because other than this nothing could be happened.The doctors should be appointed to go for the foreign trainings as there they could also have an option to earn more. The government doctors should start  doing private practice after the office hours so that they can earn and the government hospital should give them them permission.

Working for any particular compensation is a voluntary activity, unless the worker is being forced to work against their will.

I know one doctor who has a thriving word-of-mouth practice, but has decided to accept payment from an insurance company that will not pay a "fair compensation." Why does he accept patients with that insurance? Who knows? Others in his profession do not.

I know another doctor who refuses to accept any insurance plan. Paying for services rendered, and recovering cost from the insurance company is completely his patients' responsibility.

Each of these practitioners has made his choice. It is not the responsibility of government, insurance companies, or anyone else to determine what is fair. Only the supplier of services and the user of those services can do that. There's a term for this: market economy.
