    Too much sugar, sweets, fruit juices, grains and caffeine. A person exercising too much for too long can hit burnout. Stress--A person who appears to make it their main goal in life to make you  miserable. This is usually someone who you feel you cannot fight back against, like a boss-manager at work, etc.  
    Medications-drugs can also cause lack of energy.
    Allergies and certain other health problems.  Mineral deficiencies.
