You can't MAKE a smaller nose except on somebody else, that's god's job. If you are pregnant... But you can have surgeries to make your original nose smaller the science these days is so incredibly modern you have many options. A good way to find out a lot about the subject, is to go to your Doctor, or dermatologist and make an appointment to talk about it if you are serious about this, if you don't have a steady doctor/ dermatologist than you can look for some on yellow pages .com or if you madern you can ask them after a checkup.
