It could be any number of things, even a small clot.  The best thing to do is not delay.  Go to your physician for a thorough exam and professional advice to set your mind at ease and get the care you need.  Good luck to you.

In most cases cancerous lumps do not hurt and do not move. They also do not change colors. Like amore01 said before me, it could be a blood clot. I would do A self breast exam and see if any thing else is present and then go straight and see your health care provider. I would always be to conserned than not concerned enough. If he thinks there is a problem the dr will order a mammogram to find out the problem. God luck

I recently had a similar thing happen to me.  I saw my doctor, had a couple of tests done, and it turned out to be a hematoma (blood clot), and it broke up on its own.  I'm not telling you it isn't anything to worry about.  I know you should see a doctor.  I'm only saying it may not be as bad as it seems.  Don't put it off.
