    None... You should never consume anything besides the 3 B's broccoli, brussel sprouts and beans (the green ones). If you dont really like those foods you can add some flavour by putting a little mustard, pepper, lemon juice or vinegar. If you can't see your ribs it's not a good sign. I hope I have shed some light on your question :)

      2000 calories a day , check the back of food packets
