    You write a business type letter and request modification giving your reason for the request and what would be helpful to you if that is applicable to the loan company sign it .....

    You should include all you want them to know ie your husband is no longer employed you are the only employed person and you both have health problems which eats into your income for medical care and medicine.....the best to you

        What information should we include in the letter? My husband is unemployed and i work full time. We filed for BR in 2008 kept up the payments but it is very hard and now our health is extremely poor.
