I had a tubal reversal on June 13and I already have pregnancy symptoms.
It has been a long time since I was pregnant but the sore breasts are a very good sign and nausea goes right along with it. It might seem to early but you can be pregnant and have had a period so you could be a month and a half or so. Good luck if this is what you want. I always felt so good when I was pregnant but was so nauseated for the first three months.

Yes, get one of the early pregnancy detection tests or go to the doctor (clinic) for a blood test...if you aren't scared of needles. Good Luck!
