I Have A Septated Liver Cyst - 2.3 Cm, Doctors Ordered An MRI, Are These Cysts Usually Cancerous?

I've been having stomach problems, and went in for a gall bladder ultra scan. They discovered a septated liver cyst - 2.3 cm. I'm scared to death - now they are ordering an MRI - I also may have an ulcer and H-pylori again. UGH - anyone out there who's had this type of cyst? Of course, I'm Leary of cancer - what's the chance? Lynn

The chances are..... Wait for the test results! Everyone is different. I hear stories that having a cyst and treating it is no worry. My aunt has a cyst on top of her uterus and never really treat it, she had passed away for cancer. She was stubborn to get treated.

      Septated means
complex. The septated liver cyst can be cancerous. The MRI can differentiate.
The prognosis of liver cancer is poor as it spread to other parts. But early
detection of this cancer can prevent the metastasis and improve the quality of
      life.
