If you have proof of ownership and i.d. And perhaps gas or electric bills as proof of i.d, go to the pound where the car was taken they should allow you to collect personal belongings !!

Usually you can just call whom ever your loan was through and they can tell you who repo'd it and they will let you get your stuff.

Call and tell them you need your personal items from the car and ask a good time to do that take ID with you and get your items normally they are good about that but don't wait too long to handle the situation if they resell the car your items may just disappear.....good luck....
