    Some dos and donts for keeping yourself sane might be:

    DO

    Exercise regularly, this working your body has surprisingly beneficial results for your mind as well as your body.

    Shower. Falling water is good for you.

    Change your diet to include less junk, greens are good for your head.

    Make sure you take breaks in whatever you are doing

    Go out with friends or socialise, it might be hard but social interaction is necessary, we are socialised creatures.

    DONT

    get fixated on things, this can lead to you becoming over focused on this.  This can lead to obsessive behaviour which is neither positive or productive.  Early obsession can produce great results, but it tends to deteriorate your personality

    end up sitting at a computer the entire day long, get out of the house, take a walk, stretch your legs and your mind

    think you can't get help, see a doctor if you are getting down or upset a lot
