Why Does The Salted Egg Taste Salty?

How does the egg of the duck become salty?

    It is not salty as such. It is rather a Chinese preserved food product made by soaking the duck's eggs in brine, or packing each egg in damp salted charcoal.

        Because using salt, that's why the egg become sour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
