      The earliest symptoms are burning when you urinate and possible pain in the urethra. Some people do not get symptoms so it is best to see a doctor if you think you may have been exposed to it. Also men sometimes get a drip or discharge from their penis, which is abnormal.

        Go to your doctor to get tested sometimes people don't know they have Gonnorhea. Here are a list of time less advanced symptoms, which may indicate development of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), include cramps and pain, bleeding betweenmenstrual periodsvomiting, or fever.

        My penis dont have none of those symptoms....it's just dat sometimes it just tingle at the tip of my penis it dont hurt every things working and looking well i just that tingle sensation that irritates me off and on
