How To Help Ease Regular Heart Palpitations?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Many heart palpitations are caused by caffeine.  That is why it is recommended to have a maximum of 2 cups a day. And that is instant.  Same with tea, colas, artificial stimulants  found in sports drinks etc.   A balanced diet and exercise will decrease palpitations.  Some medication may be required, but best to check with your doctor before making any drastic lifestyle choices.  As well, I had a friend who worked out hard, and her heart rate slowed down considerably.  There are also relaxation exercises, as in cd's or dvd's you can play as you go to sleep to help you relaxe and slow down heart rate, reducing the chance of palpitations
