How Many Episodes Of Family Guy Are There To Date?

          There are currently 98 episodes of Family Guy in total. There are currently five seasons of the show, and the sixth will be broadcast in the latter half of 2007, in autumn. The episode count for each season varied, some having as many as 22 episodes. A seventh season will be released in 2008.

          Family Guy was created by Seth MacFarlane. It aired on the American Fox Broadcasting Company (also known as FOX) channel in 1999. Each episode has a total           running time of 20-25 minutes.

          Family Guy was cancelled after the second season, but another season was made due to fans making complaints about the cancellation. A third season was made, but then the show was cancelled again.

          However, due to reruns being shown, the show generated interest, and when the DVD was released, sales were high, leading to two more seasons being made and the production of the sixth season.
