How I Can Open My Free Email A/c On Hotmail?

<sigh> why do I get the feeling this is from someone who wants to be a hacker when they grow up? I also have to wonder how much success they've had from www.blurtit.com telling them how to hack into things like the biggest email systems on the planet, to where they're still asking.
