How Do You Make Horseradish Sauce?

    You will need the following ingredients to make horseradish sauce: Grated horseradish (100 grams), Fine powdered sugar (50 grams), a pinch of salt, fresh breadcrumbs (110 grams), a cup and a half of light cream and a teaspoon of cider or white vinegar. Blend all the ingredients except the vinegar. You can also mix them over a slow fire and then refrigerate the sauce later. The vinegar has to added or mixed while serving. You can also make horseradish mustard sauce for which you will need three tablespoons of butter, two tablespoons of flour, a cup of chicken broth, a tea spoon of mustard, a tea spoon of chopped onions, two tablespoons of cream, a teaspoon of horseradish (grated), lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
