Answers
"The Road Less Traveled" is actually a line taken from Robert Frost's poem "The Road Not Taken". If it was a book of poetry, that may be the book to which you're referring.
On the other hand M. Scott Peck wrote a book of that title on spirituality and psychology which sounds amazing.

Either way you've got some great reading to do!
