My dog has puss coming out of her nipples and vagina. What is this from or what is wrong with her?

The puss from any area of the body indicates infection. Because the puss contains dead white blood cells which are dead while fighting with infection. First of all you should be sure that it is puss. I advise you to take him to the vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
