Should I Feel Guilty About Eating Crisps?

    There is a lot of emphasis on healthy living. Which foods are good, which are bad, what is healthy, what isn't. It is very important that we look after our health, but what is worrying us now is that people are turning to extreme diets to get themselves thin.

    You shouldn't have to feel guilty about eating any kind of food. All food will provide youwith some nutrition which is important. The problem arises when we overeat, or eat to much of one type of food eg. crisps.

    Guilt is something you shouldn't have to associate with food at all. Eating is important to our survival and if you feel guilty about eating then you are likely to develop an eating disorder.

    There is nothing wrong with eating one to two (small) packets of crisps a week. If you like look out for low fat or half fat crisps. Remember that this doesn't mean you can eat more.

    Everything in moderation.
