It is safe to fly while pregnant as long as you are in your 1st or 2nd trimester and your doctor says so. I flew in my 3rd trimester but only because my doc said it was okay and I was having a perfectly normal pregnancy. Some airlines request that you have a note stating you are okay to travel signed by your doctor. Being that you are only 4 weeks, and may be having morning sickness still, try to plan your trip for the time of day when you feel your best. You don't want to fly when you are already sick to your stomach. Also, since it's a longer flight you will want to get up and stretch ever so often, and try to sit closer to the restroom!!!
