Especially considering that the cosmetic surgeon holds the key to not just enhancing beauty, but the ability to recreate a full head of hair, one of the biggest male attractions, has been enough to send them packing to the surgeon's table. So today, the answer to the question of whether men too prefer cosmetic surgery is a 'yes.'
