All these four stages are self explanatory e.g firms involved in human resource planning process first identify the gap between the current organizational human resource needs and the target needs. After identifying the gap, they decide for recruitment process. They forecast the internal and external supply. Internal supply means searching within the organization to see whether the employees with appropriate skills are available to fill the vacancies. External supply means searching outside the organization by giving advertisements and selecting the employees through proper recruitment procedure by taking several tests. After checking the supply, they further develop plans to implement their HR processes.
