You need to get a mystery gift and apply a MASTER CARD then go to any pokemon shop and there will be a dude standing there talk to him and he'll give you your MASTER CARD and go to the harbor in and there will be a sick person. If you help him he'll give you something that allows you to go to new moon and full moon island where there will be Darkrai and cresiliena. Cresiliena will roam around sinnoh like mespirit and you can just catch Darkrai and he won't run away. Also you should save before you try to catch them.
