I think it is safe ring worm is not transmitted through fluid but contact.  Your kitten may still catch the ring worm if it comes in physical contact with it... A topical cream helps like any anti fungal medication..

Ringworm is not transmitted through the milk, it is transmitted via direct contact.  If exposed to ringworm most kittens will become infected as their immune system is not fully developed.  Topical medication in kittens are usually ineffective and oral anti-fungals are needed.
Certain oral anti-fungals given to the mother may be transmitted through the milk and would be unsafe for the kittens.
Treatment of ringworm generally lasts at least 2-3 months.  Reinfection is a common problem.  Ringworm is also zoonotic--it can be transmitted between humans and animals.  Seek help from your physician if anyone in your house develops skin issues.
