It depends upon your needs. If you really need money then you have no other choice to sell the house. If you can wait then you must have research on the market trend. Is the business growing in market? If yes then you can definitely get good money. You can make a feasibility based on research of the future prospect. It is now your choice.

The real estate/ housing marketing is going into a downturn. If it seems like you will lose a lot of money on the sale, i would consider renting it out for awhile until the housing market picks up.
