What Would Cause A Dog's Gums , Tongue, Paws, Ears To Turn Pale White?

This can be a sign of a serious infection, like tick bite fever, dogs can go downhill very quickly from a stomach bug too, and become anaemic, You need to get him to a vet asap, because it sounds serious. There should be an emergency animal clinic in your town, if you do not have a vet that you normally use.
Try to get some water into the dog so he doesnt dehydrate, you don't mention if he is eating or not, I imagine not.
Dogs can become desperately ill within hours so don't try to work it out, get him to a vet, the worse that can happen is that you overreacted, but that is better than losing your dog.

We already took our dog to the vet this afternoon, but the vet said that his tongue was pale its because that the ticks were sucking like all of his blood that's why his tongue was pale.the vet injected him vitamins and things that can help him get rid of those ticks and now he's just lying down and doesn't eat and do nothing.the vet also said that we will give him Chamito so that he will get iron and don't be dehydrated.what should we do next ? Please reply asap.i don't want my dog to die.

Anemia.    A bad infestation of fleas/ticks.   Or internal bleeding.

Well when a dog's ears, paws, gums, and tongue turns pale.. It means that its very sick.. Maybe it ate something poisonous or something idk but i no alot about dogs so ask me any ?'s
