People With Which Colour Eyes Have Been Proven To Have Superior Night Vision?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The eye is made up of two receptors, cones and rods. The cones detect colour while the rods determine light and dark.
People who are colour blind have more rods than cones and as a result tend to have better night vision. An additional advantage is the ability to detect camouflage more easily as a colour blind person tends to pick out shapes more than colours.

Although this does not directly answer your question, it cold be said that any eye colour where the person is colour blind will mean that they have a slightly better night vision advantage.
