Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The rate of exchange refers to price. In a competitive market, there are large number of buyers and sellers, creating both demand and supply for the commodity. Wherever the demand slope intersects the supply curve, that is the quantity that is sold which has its corresponding price.
