I Installed Tile In My Bathroom On Sun And The Tile Glue I Used Is Still Very Wet? It Has Been 48 Hr And The Box Says To Wait Minimum 24 Hrs? Is There A Reason It Is Taking So Long?

You do not say if you used the pre-mixed thin-set mortar mix, if you mixed it yourself nor how you applied it.
  I can only give you an educated guess as to why it taking so long to dry.
  Did you hold the tile trowel at a 45 degree angle? If not, you may have put the thin set down too thick.
  If you mixed the thin set yourself, you may have mixed it too thick or too thin.
    If you are in a cold climate and the room is cold, it may take longer to dry.
Wouldn't grout it until it dries though.
