Montana, popn=~936,000,Dennis Rehberg, Republican with a big mustache.
Vermont, popn=~623,000. Peter Welch, Democrat.
Wyoming, population ~550,000, Barbara Cubin is the Rep at Large (another Republican).
The physically smallest state, Rhode Island, has a population over 1 million and thus 2 representatives in the House.
