What Exactly Is A Bmi ?

It's the ratio of body fat you have in your body and how it works to determine if your overweight or not. I believe it stands for "Body Mass Index"

Eznunae is right "BMI" stands for "Body Mass Index".  You can do a search as to what yours should be or shouldn't be for your frame, height, etc.  Good-Luck.

If you go to google.com and search body mass index, they will give you a sight where you type in your length and weight and they will give your bmi. They also explain what it is etc...
