You need to see your vet asap. Even the normal discharge is usually done or nearly by this point. Was she checked after whelp (24 hours or so) to be sure everything went okay and nothing was retained to cause infection of the uterus, did she get an oxytosin injection or anything? Did everything go okay with the birth? Was she tested clear of VWD or other bleeding disorder's before breeding? Uterine infection, clotting disorder, maybe hemorrhage or some type of rupture are all possible. I hope she's okay.
